Rumford Baking Powder

I've been using Rumford baking powder recently for baking, primarily because it's one of the few brands I've been able to find that is aluminum free.  I'm always glad to support products that advertise the junk that is NOT included in them.

On a related note, I thought this Natural News article was interesting, about Vaccines and the link to aluminum allergies.
